Shelton 10k - runners go for it!

The Shelton 10k is a popular race in Derby, one of the Derby Run Series.  This year, 2 of my runners are aiming to make progress on the 10k races: Ray S & Paul W.  Over the summer, I have guided & educated them onto better training to be better runners. 
Paul finished in a time of 52.51 while Ray finished in 49.36.  Really pleased with these 2 and how they have ran.
