Mercury Running & Coaching offers a 1-2-1 session where you, the runner, is at the center. If you’re looking to improve your game and take it to the next level, you can find the support and resources you need right here.
I can also offer a training plan to you, for you to follow that will aid you to improve and run better.
My aim is to consult with you, the client, to understand each one’s unique goals. From there - we can go forward. Because at Mercury Running & Coaching, every athlete matters regardless of level.
Personal Training Sessions
After an initial consultation, I can offer you a 1-2-1 session to aid you in your running development. You may be new, and need advice and guidance on how to start running (referred to as Couch to 5km). May be wanting to improve speed or stamina.
These can be a 1 offer session or a series.
A personal training plan may be the option for you as means to tackle a new challenges: 10k, 1/2 marathon or your first full marathon.
The supported coaching system is a more reactive way to help you through your training. This system will respond to your training, with weekly updates based on 2-way communication with you, your training as well as myself.
